The goal of my thesis project was to create a design for an interactive, multi-media dictionary for American Sign Language (ASL) and English. This dictionary would serve the same purpose as any two-language dictionary (e.g. a German/English dictionary) and would act as a supplemental resource for people who are learning ASL in a classroom or tutoring setting.
